Local Delivery (Ghana)

  • Accra deliveries: 1–2 business days

  • Other regions in Ghana: 3–5 business days

  • Same-day delivery is available within Accra for orders placed before 12 PM (subject to availability).

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times vary between 7–10 business days depending on your location.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary based on location and order weight. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
✔️ The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
✔️ The original tags and packaging are intact.
✔️ The return is requested within 7 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Accessories (bags, shoes, belts, jewelry)
❌ Sale or discounted items
❌ Custom or altered pieces

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via email or live chat within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  3. Once approved, send the item back using a trackable shipping method.

  4. After we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size changes or defective items (subject to stock availability).

  • If your desired size is out of stock, you may choose a different item or receive a store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
